How Medical Access to China Works
Six clear steps from initial consultation and document readiness to hospital option curation and follow-up after returning to Indonesia.
1. Initial consultation
You contact BKC via WhatsApp. A coordinator listens to your situation, answers general questions, and helps decide whether second opinion, cost estimate, or an initial consultation pathway is most relevant.
2. Document readiness
We guide which documents should be prepared based on the case, such as diagnosis summary, pathology, imaging, lab results, treatment history, and key clinical questions. Medical reports are not uploaded to public WordPress media.
3. Case ID
After a request is received, the system creates a unique Case ID to support follow-up coordination, needs tracking, and communication with the coordinator.
4. Hospital option curation
The coordinator prepares relevant hospital or COE options based on condition, city, service needs, and document readiness. Information is used for preparation, not automatic diagnosis.
5. Medical travel coordination
If the patient decides to proceed, BKC helps coordinate schedules, travel needs, language support, and initial hospital communication according to the agreed pathway.
6. Follow-up
After the visit, the coordinator helps organize follow-up notes so patients can discuss next steps with family or local doctors.
