AFTER YOU START

What happens after a Case is created

Each stage means something different. A recorded Case does not mean the hospital has accepted it or found it eligible.

  1. Case ID received

You receive a reference for conversation and follow-up.

  2. A coordinator reviews completeness

A human coordinator reviews the context and explains what information may still be needed.

  3. Documents are discussed through a safe path

Do not upload or paste medical documents into public fields or chat before the coordinator explains the path.

  4. A review request may be sent

If you request review, an appropriate hospital assesses suitability and further testing needs.

  5. You receive the next steps

An official reply may include further questions, a review plan, or an explanation that the pathway is not suitable.

Not automatic from a Case ID
  • A diagnosis or treatment decision
  • Hospital acceptance or an eligibility guarantee
  • A price, doctor schedule, or clinical outcome

Documents commonly discussed with a coordinator

  • Available doctor summary or diagnosis
  • Pathology or biopsy results if available
  • Recent imaging such as CT, MRI, PET, or ultrasound
  • Laboratory results and treatment history

You do not need all of them to start.
