Terms of Use
These terms explain how to use the website, Start Case form, account, and BKC coordination channels.
BKC's role
BKC is a non-clinical navigation and coordination service operated by PT Fosun Health Technology Indonesia. BKC helps prepare case information, records, questions, communication, and review requests through participating Fosun Health hospitals in China.
BKC does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment decisions, eligibility guarantees, hospital acceptance guarantees, or clinical outcome guarantees. Medical decisions are made by the doctors and hospitals reviewing the case.
Start Case and WhatsApp
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and must have the right to share it. A Case ID means a request was recorded; it does not mean a hospital has accepted or approved the case.
WhatsApp is a communication channel with a human coordinator. Do not send unnecessary information through URLs or use this channel for an emergency. For urgent symptoms, contact local emergency services or the nearest appropriate hospital.
Accounts
With the account feature, you can register or sign in with a one-time link sent by email. The account is for authentication and a non-medical profile. It does not replace the Case ID and is not a place for diagnoses, medical records, or medical photos.
Keep your sign-in link secure and do not share it with others. Contact BKC if you need to update or delete account information.
Costs and outcomes
Any BKC coordination fee will be confirmed separately. Hospital and medical services, interpretation, travel, visa, accommodation, and companion costs depend on the case and confirmation by the relevant parties. This page guarantees no price, schedule, or outcome.
Privacy
Penggunaan informasi dijelaskan dalam Privacy Policy. Dengan mengirim Start Case, Anda memahami bahwa informasi yang diperlukan dapat digunakan untuk koordinasi dan, bila Anda meminta review, diteruskan kepada rumah sakit anggota Fosun Health yang sesuai di China.
