COST & DECISION
CyberKnife cost in China: 3 things to prepare before asking for a price
A technology name is not enough to produce a number. These three records make a price question reviewable.
Prepared by the BerobatKeChina content team. General information, not clinical review.
Why the price cannot be guessed from the technology name
Two patients can ask about CyberKnife and still face different costs and eligibility. The hospital needs the lesion location and size, surrounding tissue, recent imaging, pathology, and prior treatment.
Without that information, a number is only a guess. A confident-looking guess is risky because it can make a family book travel before the case is reviewed.
Three things to prepare
First, recent imaging such as CT, MRI, or PET with the radiology report. Second, a pathology or biopsy report if available. Third, treatment history, current medicines, and one question the hospital should answer.
Keep the files readable. Do not send medical documents through WhatsApp or public comments; use the secure Start Case path.
What usually sits outside the package
A hospital package may exclude devices, certain medicines, additional tests, complications, room class, and extra hospital days. Travel, visa, accommodation, companions, and any BKC coordination fee are also separate.
When comparing two numbers, ask what each package includes. A lower number is not necessarily cheaper if the device or a key test is excluded.
Next step
Do not send medical documents through public chat. Prepare a summary and your questions, then use the secure path to request hospital review.

Can I send documents through WhatsApp?
No. Use the secure Start Case path so documents are not scattered across chat or public comments.
